Ews is a part of general category only and eligibility criteria for EWS is same as that of general category i.e to be eligible you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination.

But your aggregate in PCB is 48% only i.e lesser than 50 % and thus you are not eligible for Neet and thus you cannot take admission in any Medical College ,not even in private medical college as admission in all the medical college be it government or private is through Neet examination only.
