Assam Science and Technology University will conduct the Assam CEE entrance exam in offline mode. The exam is for admission to various undergraduate courses and is condicted in English and Assamese. In order to be eligible for the exam, you should be a permanent resident of Assam.

So if you currently reside in Assam permanently,you are eligible irrespective of where you are originally from
