Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and health science is very good and reputed institution in Dehradun. This university offers admission based on the NEET result that have been declared now. The admission through all India quota will be done based on the counseling rounds that will be conducted twice now. So it doesn't matter if you are from any state you can apply as long as you have answered NEET and have the minimum marks to qualify.
