You have not mentioned the college and course in which you want to take admission, so it's difficult to provide you detailed information regarding the same, anyway state board students can apply anywhere as long as they fulfill the eligibility criteria laid out by institutes, so many people who have done their 10+2 from state board and thereafter have enrolled and successfully passed out from that respective institution, so there is no way you can't as long as you meet the other criteria such as cut-offs whether it's merit based or entrance based.
