Yes prerna for iit jam examination obc certificate should be issued by central government so try to make the cast certificate from central goverment as soon as possible .It should also be taken care the caste certificate made is of non creamy layer (ncl) because the creamy layer obc certificate will considered as a general candidate .The caste certificate usually arrives in less than a month(usually about 15 days)

Yes thank u..but my doubt is from where should I make caste certificate? My village (Uttarakhand) or the place I m living now(Maharashtra).I have domicile of Maharashtra.

Prerna kandari Hey I am also facing the same. Problem. I am from Rajasthan and my domicile is Tamil Nadu. And I m in need of central OBC certificate. I too don't know from where to make? Raj or TN? Pls lemme know if u get any idea.
