With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1-280. If you belong to general category and have the state domicile of Chattisgarh then absolutely you'll get HNLU Raipur as their closing rank lies somewhere near 750. So considering the number of seats available and the closing ranks you can get it in the first list for sure.
