According to previous years cut off ranks which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of applicants , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc, so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, cut off rank for general category last year was 1353  according to previous years cut off rank analysis you might not have a chance. BUT SINCE  on 1693 their are decent  chances of getting new aiims as total 15 of them are participating this year but still nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity.
