Here is a list of all the AIIMS Institutes and their respective cut offs for the previous year. You would require a rank around this range for a fair chance of admission here. Considering your rank chances seem a bit less. But you never know what happens in the subsequent counselling as the cut off varies each year so I'd suggest you to stick around.
