There are some chances of you getting into AIIMS. According to the revised seat position by AIIMS, There are 586 seats for general category.Since your rank is 1683. There are very less chances.

Only if the students with rabj higher than you get a seat in other colleges and leave AIIMS ,There is  very very less chance if you getting into AIIMS.
