See,aiims has only 800 seats for indians…top AIR 800 WILL GET THE SEAT THERE…

ONLY .5% CHANCE YOU WILL GET SEAT..

If you are general, then you have to wait until open counselling , where you have to give up your seat from any state medical college that you might have taken admission which is risky
