Hello Priyanshu,  174 is really good marks in NTSE stage 1. But for Delhi,  NTSE cut offs are really high, for general category its near about 178+ , so to get selected for stage 2 under general category,  In Delhi state,  It's really quite difficult.
But never loss hopes , Because these are just cut off marks,  and you may know that cut off get changes every year depending on various factors.
So be always positive,  And wait till final results,
