As per your marks in UPSEE i think your rank is somewhere around 22000. With this rank you can't get admission in government colleges of UPTU but yes you can make into private colleges and even in the good ones with good branch also. If you want civil engineering as branch then you can easily get it in colleges like Galgotia, ABESEC, GLBAJAJ, IPEC. Last year in JSS the closing rank for civil was around 13000 so getting this would be difficult.
