Hello

With 427 marks in NEET 2024 and being from the general category, getting an MBBS seat in a government college is quite difficult due to high cutoffs. However, you still have good options in private medical colleges, especially if you're open to higher fees. You can also explore BDS (Dental) and BAMS/BHMS courses, which have slightly lower cutoffs.

If your dream is MBBS only, you may consider dropping a year for better preparation. Studying abroad for MBBS is another growing option if you're financially able. Whatever you choose, make sure it aligns with your passion and long-term goals
