Yes you are eligible if your age is according to the age criteria given on the nda website.
I myself is going to give the 3rd nda from my side this time.
Classwise is not necessary but you have to prepare yourself for it from all 11th & 12th courses both.
Practice sample papers & previous year papers for a long time.
