Hello there,

There are a number of different courses other that m.tech which one can persue after completing b.tech degree in biotechnology.

Some of them are :
ME
MS
Post graduation in genetic or nano Technology
JRF
Marine biotechnology
Medical Biotechnology
Master of Technology in Biotechnology etc.
