First of all wearing such things depends mainly on which college you get. Some medical colleges have strict regulations on what to wear and what not, they also have proper uniform which you have to wear. Other medical colleges allow you to wear your own choice of clothes. So primarily it depends on medical college.

But in general i think you will be allowed to wear long earrings.
