I am going to pass out from CBSE Delhi school, do not have UP domicile and stay in Delhi. Can I make a try for engineering colleges under UPSEE.

Dear aspirant,

To be eligible for appearing in UPSEE and obtaining admission in engineering colleges through the same, the candidates must have either passed the qualifying exam (10+2) from any institution in Uttar Pradesh or must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.

Since you do not qualify either of the two conditions, you are not eligible to appear in UPSEE and take admission in engineering colleges through it.
