Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Tamil nadu

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available

------------) the category you are from etc

Anyway,

when we go through previous year trends

>>>>>> With 142 marks,

You have low chance in government mbbs colleges

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to Emversity Allied Health Sciences programs

For example,

in neet  2019, 360  marks for sc category was the lowest mark to get an mbbs seat in  Government Medical College,   under Tamilnadu  State quota and it was for Government Karur Medical College, Karur

Hey there

Your score is very less and it is also difficult to predict because the cutoff of NEET varies every year. However according to the last year cutoffs, your chances are quite less to get a seat for Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and bachelor of Dental Sciences in all India quota seats and State quota seats.
