65 percentile is a very low score as you know that competition is more but the seats in NIT/IIIT/IIT s are limited.
So it will be not possible to you to even qualify the exam because 65 percentile means 35 percent students are better or you can say ahead of you.
And when you calculate your approx rank it will be more than 3 lakhs.
So I would suggest you to work hard for the next attempt.
