The eligibility criteria to appear for UPSC is simply passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there is no specific aggregate required in this case, VNKMV is a recognized university and being a BTech graduate you are definitely eligible for UPSC, the minimum age to appear for the exam is 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, and maximum is 32 years, relaxation in terms of age criteria is offered to reserved categories, UPSC is conducted in three stages mainly Preliminary, Mains and Prelims.
