It is difficult to predict the exact marks that you need to score to get seat in a NIT. You need to secure the cut off rank that is specified by an NIT. Considering the past year cut off trends you need to secure a rank within 2200 to have decent chances of getting seat in an NIT. So you should aim to score minimum 60-70 marks to get such rank. To help you with the cut off here is the cut off in 2020 round for few NITs
The above mentioned cut off is for open PWD category as you have not mentioned you category we assume that you belong to general category. As you can see the cut off mentioned is NIT specific and branch specific. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.
