To be good at cyber security do the following:

Take PCM with Information Practices or Computer Science in you 10+2.
Along with that start learning about the networking concepts, Linux based operating system and programming languages like Shell, Python, etc. Once you have the knowledge about these then the hacking concepts would be easy for you to apply and understand.
In engineering you can opt for both the usual Btech or the ones that have a specialisation.
Keep reading about the hacking blocks and tutorials , keep looking for the latest of technology.
