No you are not eligible to give MHT CET this year only the candidates who have appeared for 12th board in 2021 are eligible to give MHT CET 2021. You will be eligible to give MHT CET 2022 that is next year not this year. You have just entered your 10+2 level so you will not be eligible. Candidates should have qualified HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects with minimum 45% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent exam  if you belong to general category and 40% if you belong to SC/ST/OBC Category to be eligible for MHT CET.
