It is a probelem when parents try to pressurise their children to pursue career in the field they like, in the name of "better career option" and "safe career path for securing future". They should understand that it will be futile to make children choose career which they don't like; the children will have to live in burden of not fulfilling their dreams for the whole life.

You should opt for right career which you want to pursue. If possible, you can pursue bachelors in a subject which does have ample job opportunities and is actually beneficial for clearing Civil Services examination.
