You are clear with your subjects for class 11 since you are saying that you are interested in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, so you can take Science stream with these subjects as main subjects and then in optional subjects you can take whatever is your favourite subjects other than these three like Computer science, Geography,Biology,etc.
