For doing BSc , you get definitely go for DU. It is a very reputed university and has more weightage for the selection in the interview. You can also go for BHU . It is also a very good university to study.

Which subject interest you the most take that subject as the hons. Paper .

In your 12th take the subject which interest you the most like PCM or PCB . You can also take both biology and mathematics if you have interest in both the subjects.
