Well, yes you can join the ALLEN in your class 12th or after class 12th. It is your decision whether you want to in class 12th or after class 12th. It is a good decision for your future.

But, in ALLEN there is very tough competition.

So, it is up to you how will you manage yourself and devote yourself to studies. It also depends on your ability how to handle the pressure of the competition.

But, nothing is impossible. Go for it, and you will get success.

There are two cases if You think that Your level in 11th is very high and You can prepare for 11th and 12th at the same time in 12th itself then only go for coaching in 12th. It is not a good step and very few students do it. In my opinion, it would be better if You complete your 12th first and then go for coaching because you will get sufficient time to decide yourself whether you should go for it or not, by this time you should focus on 12th class, because 12th percentage matters a lot, not in IIT but later if you choose something else.
