no you are not eligible to appear for NDA exam as the basic educational qualification says candidate who have completed their 10+2 with physics and mathematics and candidate who are appearing for the same are eligible , as per your qualification you are not yet eligible

To be eligible for NDA examination, one must have successfully passed 10+2 from a recognized board. And if the candidate is interested in Air Force and Naval wing, then he must have studied and passed physics and mathematics in intermediate. The candidates who are in final year or waiting for their final year result to come, can apply for NDA. But you are in 11th standard now, so you can't appear for NDA now.
