It depends on what stream have you chosen after 10th. If you have PCM,then definately the basic exam is JEE, BITSAT and other prime engineering entrance exams .

If you have PCB, then you have to go for medical exams, such as NEET, AIIMS etc. 

If you're a commerce student you can try for BBA,B.sc in ECO etc. Or else try for managanement courses which offer dual degree and one can opt for staright after completing 12th.
