At first you have to know about all commands. Without this you have nothing to do. Then you should study from book. After completing one part from book you have to practice from your pc. Now a days it's so easy by youtube. If you face some problems in any tropic then go through youtube and learn the actual.
Java and c are probably same but their commands are different.
