After 12th try to join any conventional course and get a degree.

You can join filmmaking course at any time, you can get a diploma in filmmaking (Df.Tech).

Filmmaking business is very volatile and getting a degree in filmmaking doesn't garuntee you any job or salary.

So my suggestion would be, join some conventional degree and when your are pursuing it, try to learn filmmaking by making short films and learning the craft when you are free.
