For NEET entrance exams , PCB is requirement . Subject of biology is required for this as mandatory. You can also take biology as a optional in 12th so that you have PCMB . In this way you can appear in both IIT JEE and NEET entrance exams either passing 12th or in 3rd year of Btech.
