Hello!

In ISC board as you've already mentioned the percentage is calculated for the best 4 subjects so your optional subject Maths shouldn't affect your results much. But unfortunately the universities and colleges consider the marks of 5 subjects. If it's for the board percentage then the optional subject won't affect much on your results.
