Dear Sir/Ma'm, the difficulty level of the AIIMS entrance examination is much higher than the NEET. You need to have crystal clear concepts about the topics and must have a thorough and a vast knowledge of all the subjects especially biology and keep practicing mcqs everyday to increase your question solving speed.
