Hi, Some of the courses you can do for a career in Culinary are:

BA in Culinary Arts
Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts.
B.SC. IN CATERING AND CULINARY ARTS
Hotel Management

You can give NCHM JEE exam as well which is the national level exam.
