I would suggest first not to consider any correspondence course. They have been banned by the Supreme Court and you will waste your money and time on it. So please go for a regular course. IPU offers M.Tech in IT and Thapar offers Information Secutiry, Software Engineering. While IPU conducts its own entrance test, so does  Thapar though both give preference to candidates with valid GATE scores. I know IPU is not a deemed university but it is a better option.
