hi aishwarya, chill, you can easily crack neet if you prepare smart and ideally, its not a herculean or impossible task, stay calm cool and confident always, i will tell you how you can score really high

Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants,but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly,understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too

Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself,thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident,hope this helps good luck 

It's better to go for government and govt affiliated private colleges than autonomic institutes as the former has lesser fees and better value
But it is harder to crack them.
So work hard and meticulously for your future.
Focus on ncert textbooks which are the gold standard.
Practice mcqs from any good book which has previous year question papers.
Work in time management.

I agree with you that the private medical colleges demand a high and bulky amount but you also have a another option og government medical college where the fees are affordable and low cost also

I also agree that there is competition but just try to stay motivated and study u can get into a government medical college easily.

Clearing the NEET Exam to get a seat in a government college in the first attempt is not impossible if the approach is correct.

First of all, banish all those negative thoughts and start believing that you will achieve your goal.

The basis of the questions asked in NEET Exam is the concept in NCERT. I would suggest you to study all the concepts given in NCERT thoroughly. Once all your concepts are strong, move towards increasing your knowledge.

Begin with simple reference books and progress from there. The list of books that my friend has given in her answer is very helpful. Do check out which one is your preference.

Now, put all your knowledge to test by doing as many MCQs as possible. Initially, focus on accuracy more than your speed. Once your accuracy has greatly improved, move on to increasing your speed. Once you have done that, you're good to go.

Test yourself with past year's papers or mock tests to see where you stand. If you are satisfied, good job. If you feel you could improve, work harder.

Some simple tips:
Maintain a good health.
Sleep for an adequate amount of time.
Don't stress in any way.
Don't rush with the basics.
Don't give up on your goal, just keep working hard.

It is not very difficult to get into a Government Medical College so you did not be afraid of the only option of private college be open in front of you if you are a medical aspirant
Yes you need to work hard right from the beginning and unless you are getting regular coaching from institute like Aakash on Alan Augusta it fast enough to make regular notes of yourself on all the three subjects of physics chemistry and Biology then you might be in an uncomfortable position initially
I would recommend you to go through books like Nootan of physics chemistry and Biology at the onset
You can also try work like Truman for Biology, SL Arora for physics or op Agarwal for chemistry
The notes given by Institutions like Aakash our self sufficient in themselves and prevent you from having to refer to multiple books for gaining the knowledge you require under the NCERT curriculum
What is most important that you have to practice a number of MCQs and begin to give mock examinations Vijay time bound and make you answer questions across all chapters from the three subjects within a limited period of time.
