hi,

the basic eligibility criteria to appear in jee main exam is candidates must complete 12th exam in science stream from a recognized education board.  Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2 / qualifying examination.

jee main paper 1 questions would be based on 12th syllabus of physics, chemistry, mathematics. to admission in iits you must have studied pcm and any other subject as optional like  statistics/ biology,/ biotechnology etc is necessary.

since you did not studied chemistry you would not eligible to appear in jee main exam.

JEE main exam is a standardized computer based test for admissions to various technological institutions for various undergraduate programs. The exam tests the candidate on three subjects math, physics and chemistry.
