Hi Durgesh,

Congratulations on clearing your NET and JRF. Since you wish to complete your PhD you can apply to any of the NLU's, Delhi University, BHU etc for your PhD. These colleges release separate PhD application forms. After you complete your PhD you could start with your career in academics with ease.
