You can go for Mechanical Engineering, which is offered by most of the engineering colleges.

You can also choose to go for Automation & Robotics offered by colleges of IPU.

You can also choose to go for Mechatronics.

Robotics is a specialisation so it's a niche course of engineering. You can explore more to know the colleges offering the engineering programme.

Robotics engineering is a combination of Electronics, Mechanical, CSE and Mechatronics branch. 

You can choose any branch according to your interest and skills.

It will be better if you choose robotics branch only of you are interested in this field. There are many colleges which provide this branch at UG level.
