Yes madhu i think that your domicile will be considered as puducherry , as puducherry is union territory and if yanam comes under it then for sure you can go to nit puducherry under home state category. But you should at lest consult the competent authority of jee mains regarding it. They will clear your doubt completely, but i think that you do not need to worry.
