No problem.you can correct your mistake by

Just visit to JEE main official site>Application Form particular correction tab

And then enter your application number ,password ,security word to enable the recorrection your application.

Hello Shivang,
Yes, It can be corrected once but you have to contact jee mains conducting authority. You can call or email them describing all your concern. Only this way, you can make corrections or usually they open jee portal once for removal of discrepancy and error in application form.
