You also need to clear some eligibility criteria like

-minimum 17 age of year

-atleast 40% required for OBS/SC/ST

-you also need a valid mobile number, e-mail ID, 10th & 12th marksheet, Aadhar Card number, photograph, signature, left thumb impression

As per neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.
