Hello,
Look, most of the students who drops an year faces difficulties like lack  of concentration, de motivation. If you are confident that you can crack IITJEE engineering entrance exam next year then only take a drop because IITs are not everything in life.Everyone is different and have different thinkings.
So,if you are really interested in engineering then only take a drop otherwise there is still enough time left with you if you want to crack entrance exam this year.
Good luck.

Hello Naina,

If you are ready to drop one year for IIT then you can do it. In that one year you will have to study hard as scoring good in IIT is not a cup of tea, you will have to work very hard to get an addmission in top IITs. You will have to study day and night. It will be good for you if you make a timetable for yourself. But If you are not ready to drop then please do not drop.

It depends on your interest. Choose wisely.

Hope it helped you

Thank you
