Well to apply for CSAB Special Round counselling , one must be eligible as per the eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities. Below I have provided the eligibility criteria & seat allotment for CSAB Special Round 2019 : 

CSAB Special Round Eligibility criteria - 

• All the candidtaes needs to have a valid rank in JEE Mains 2019 & also needs to meet JoSAA eligibility citeria.
• If any candidates didn't take part or registered in JoSAA , they are also eligible for the special round.

Candidates who have failed to get a seat in JoSAA can also apply for special round.

• If any candidate got a seat in JoSAA counselling but failed to report at the allotted institute or withdrawn their participation from counselling are also eligible to apply.
• Those candidates who didn't opted to participate in special round after JoSAA will not be eligible to particpate CSAB Special Round.

CSAB Special Round Seat Allotment -

• Registration : Candidates have to register for CSAB Special Round by using their JEE Main application number & password. The documents also needs to be uploaded.
• Participation Fees Payment : After registration, the candidates have to pay the desired application fees through SBI MOPS payment gateway.
• Choice filling & locking : After the payment , candidates needs to fill their choice of college & branch as per their preference and also have to lock them.
• Announcement of seat allotment result : The authorities will allot seats to the candidates on the basis of merit ,choice filling and availibility. 
• Seat confirmation fees payment : Those who will accept their seats will have to confirm the same by paying the fees.
• online reporting to the college allotted : Candidates will have to report to the college in online mode by using their JEE Mains credentials. Also they have to upload the neccessary documents required.
• Personal reporting to the college allotted : After fee payment & document uploading , candidtaes will have to personally report to the allotted institute within the specific time period provided.
