So as per your question, NO there won't be any problem during the counselling. However, you need to carry all the necessary documents required for the same, these include your regular passing certificate and NIOS improvement exam certificate.

There will be no problem as such . If you will pass out physics and fulfill the eligibility criteria for appearing neet , there won't be any isssue in counseling but out  of two candidates having equal score in neet ug , they will be checked for class xii score and the candidate who have passed  out class xii in first attempt will be ahead of you in neet rank list .

Now talking about neet eligibility , after you will pass in physics subject, you must have 50% aggregate marks in physics , chemistry and biology. ( it is combined score for three subjects)
