As you would give your neet examination in neet 2022 so let me tell you that your ews certificate of 2021 won't be valid because the validity is only for that current year and in the new year that is 2022 you would have to make a new ews certificate.

The eligibility criteria for ews certificate is as follows:-

1. Family income should not be more than 8L per annum
2. One should not own more than 5 acres of land.
3. One should not own a residential area of 1000 sqft.
