The domains of Network Engineering and Cloud Computer are entirely different. If you want to pursue a job in Cloud Computing, start from scratch. It is advisable to do certification course like:

*AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate

*Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure

*Cisco CCNA Cloud

*VMware Certified Professional (VCP6.5-DCV)

These certification will help you to get a job related to Cloud Computing.
