If you have given class 12th exam this year only then you're eligible for advance. I would suggest you to try again may there was some server issue if it shows the same thing again write an email to jee help desk and tell then about your issue only they can sort this out. You can also try to get to them through contact number but most of the time no one answer it or it remain engaged so email would be the best option for you. You have time upto 9th May to register for advance don't worry.
