Admission to ayush courses like BAMS BUMS BHMS etc are done on the basis of your neet scores so you can get admission in BAMS colleges based upon your scores through neet scores.

I should apply in which state for gov BAMS seat

Majority of the seats in a state are reserved for the candidates of that particular state so you should apply for WB bams counseling you might get a seat depending upon the availability of seats and competition level.
